Software-as-a-Service describes the provision of software by a provider via the cloud. Alongside PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), SaaS is a type of cloud computing.
While DKSR's Urban Data Platform is offered as PaaS, SaaS is available from DKSR wherever licenses are offered. This includes UI Pulse Cockpit, Diva, MyData and connectors, which are not offered via the cloud.
